Hundreds of Twitter accounts are currently displaying an anti-Dutch Twitter messages written in Turkish. reports Engadget.

Twitter accounts for Forbes and actress Sarah Shahi are among those affected,
It is not yet known who is behind the hack, or how many are affected.
However, according to Engadget that the anatomy of the attacks suggests that the traffickers have focused on getting as many tweets out as possible, rather than that they have aimed for high-profile accounts.
Last year, popular accounts will also be taken over in a far less political ends. Here tweeted, among other things PlayStation, The Economist and The Next Web link to a website which promised free followers on Twitter.
